Refund policy

Not exactly what you wanted? We get it—sometimes you change your mind. We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges for most of our products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

You can begin your refund/exchange process by following the below steps:

• Pack up your order safely
• Return it to: Eerie Crystals, 6 Hopecroft Road, Aberdeen AB21 9RF
• Ensure to get proof of postage from the postal office

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your item is lost in the return post we will require proof of postage to honour the above policy.

Once we have the items back we will aim to refund your order within 3 working days.
